Rydges was conveniently located for our visit to Sydney. the parking was hassle-free, and we enjoyed a delightful breakfast, especially the banana bread and croissants. the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. A McDonald's and petrol station next door added to the convenience. We also appreciated the big screen TV and the tasty meal we ordered at the restaurant.
Air conditioning was too cold. Mugs seemed washed in sink.

Modern hotel with kind staff on shift and good Wi-Fi. Astonishing, delicious breakfast for all tastes, had fantastic food. Marvellous and easy location so close to Sydney at 10:00 o'clock at night and the Crest Sporting Complex in a great area. Besides, easy to get to Memorial Park.

The outdoor pool and terrace area transformed every moment into a tropical getaway. It was like sipping a piña colada at a beach resort while simultaneously being chased by the office printer. the calming views provided much-needed zen, turning tempers into laughter, even while negotiating emails in the sun.
Bathroom grout could use attention.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Bankstown, had much fun and met lovely and personable staff on shift. I got a tidy and magnificent room with a spa bath. The breakfast was full of good options. The location was great and easy as for me, adjacent to Australia and the coast and the entire restaurant.

Friendly staff, there to help not hinder
Sunday breakfast ran out of hot water for tea, no coffee, no bread for toast, no butter, no hot food. Dining area was very busy with only one staff member on duty, needed more help.

Air conditioner performed well in the extreme hot weather. Comfty bed in a good sized quite room
Unfortunately, in my opinion, I believe the hotel was operating well under normal staffing levels. It was evident that the staff had minimal training and experience, this was especially evident at the breakfast service. (Poor customer service and questionable standards of hygeine) not normal associated with a hotel of this rating or reputation.

That there was a restaurant that provided three meals and I didn't have to go elsewhere for dinner and breakfast
There was confusion with the payment of my room accomodation. It was suppose to have been already paid by my employee, but I was asked to settle my account when I checked out. My employee is still investigating if the account has been paid twice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great budget hotel. the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Plus, the location was fantastic, right next to the House restaurant, major shops, and a variety of dining options. There were also buses available to take us to the local train station in Bankstown.

Comfort of the room was excellent.
Ants and chewing gum all over the tables at breakfast. Very disapointing, could have been a lot cleaner.

The staff were extreamly helpful and polite
The bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were so slippery it was a safety risk, the bathmat had holes in it and there was a hair on the towel.
